About Jayne

Light Touch Healing Therapies is Jayne Leak's independent complementary and alternative health practice based in central Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. UK

Before coming into the healing work, Jayne had a long career in finance spanning 20 years; Qualified ACCA accountant, supporting small to medium size businesses, AIM listed companies. Also worked for a number of charities. So, yes, I have first hand experience of corporate workload, politics and stress!

However, from a young age I knew there was 'something' active in my hands and a special sensitivity for others emotional needs and physical pain, with compassion.

My life's journey has had tumultuous periods and in my late 30’s, culminated into a major health crises. Out of all the crud and debris, I very gradually, re-emerged healed; and something transformational had happened to me; it was more than just a physical restoration.
The main therapy that was key to healing was Craniosacral Therapy. And unlike some other complimentary services, the change was also lasting, so today, my health, outlook and relationships are ‘at ease’ and I have a deep gratitude for the transformation.

Why I give up a finance career for healing work?

This beautifully sums up the essence of why I chose this work in helping you....

Though I can’t go with you to the cliff of all you feel inside, I am near

The therapeutic touch

In terms of value integrity and qualities I bring to your healing process:

  1. I have a heart filled with compassion, and pass no judgements on you; not one of your shared thoughts, emotions or behaviours.

  2. Professional Ethics:  No matter how bad you're feeling, I will encourage you to stay in control of your life; that means I will never tell you what to do.

  3. Honesty & Integrity assured ; means that if I see that I can't be the best person to help resolve your difficulties, I may recommend you to a more specialist therapist or a specific alternative treatment. Won't define for you a course of treatment to secure a certain healing outcome

  4. Value for money : Modestly priced. I will give you the "best bang healing touch for for your buck!".

I truly believe that Healing really does Transform Lives.

The way I work

A woman with curly hair and wearing a peach-colored shirt is sitting with a young girl with long blonde hair, who is lying on a couch covered with a burgundy blanket. The woman appears to be holding the girl’s hands. The room has a window with a view of green foliage outside, and the walls are decorated with framed certificates and artwork. The scene is warm and cozy with candles and plants in the background.

I am not a healer. Of course, I have skills and tools and work diligently in helping the healing process; but it is in collaboration with you and your body. Physical contact and how the treatment unfolds is something we continually negotiate. You are an active participant in the process.
" together, we Co-Create your health"

If you prefer to rock up on a couch to 'have stuff done to you' while you "chill" out, then I might not be the right person for you.
